1. Your order and agreed timing
Your accepted order identifies the service, price, billing period, required information and any agreed delivery date. Read this policy with our general terms, Hosting Terms and Domain Terms.
An order acknowledgement or payment receipt is not confirmation that a hosting account, domain or certificate is active. We will confirm completion of the relevant provisioning step. Any estimate depends on the information, approvals and access reasonably needed for that service.
2. Payment and verification
Where payment is required before activation, provisioning begins after payment and necessary account checks are completed. An electronically confirmed payment may be reconciled sooner than a bank transfer. A transfer receipt helps us identify the payment but does not necessarily confirm cleared funds.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the order and prevent unauthorised use. If a payment or verification issue delays your order, we will explain what is needed. The payment methods actually offered are those shown when you place your order.
3. Hosting activation and migration
Hosting activation makes the purchased hosting environment available. It does not, by itself, move an existing website, update DNS, transfer email or complete a website build. Those tasks must be included in your order or separately agreed.
We will provide the access and setup information needed for the service through the agreed account communication method. Keep your nominated contact details current. If activation is urgent, call (08) 9291 3284 or use our contact form. We will confirm availability, payment arrangements and any agreed additional cost before undertaking urgent work; immediate activation is not automatic.
4. Domain registration, transfer and renewal
Domain transactions depend on the relevant registrar and registry, name availability, correct registrant details and applicable eligibility or authorisation requirements. Payment alone does not reserve a name or complete its registration.
We will explain relevant steps within our service and confirm the transaction outcome. Registration, DNS configuration and the operation of a website or mailbox are separate steps. See our Domain Terms for expiry, renewal and transfer requirements.
5. SSL and TLS certificate services
Certificate delivery can involve an order, domain-control checks, any required organisation or identity checks, certificate issuance and installation. The validation method depends on the certificate product and issuing authority. You must provide accurate information and complete the steps allocated to you; we will complete the work included in your order.
The certificate authority makes its own validation and issuance decisions. We cannot promise approval or a universal issuance time, but we will assist with the setup or investigation included in our service. Additional assistance and fees must be agreed before work proceeds.
A certificate service’s billing term is different from the validity period of an individual certificate. A service billed annually may require several certificates to be issued or renewed during that year. Your order should identify who manages renewal, installation and required verification so that an active subscription is not mistaken for a guarantee of continuous certificate coverage.
6. Subscription renewal
The accepted order identifies whether a service renews, its billing cycle and the renewal or cancellation arrangements you authorise. Hosting, domains and certificate management do not necessarily renew together. Recurring charges require the payment authority agreed for that service.
7. Delays, problems and your rights
If delivery is delayed, we will explain the issue and discuss a reasonable revised arrangement. Contact us promptly if access information has not arrived or the service does not match your order: call (08) 9291 3284 or use our contact form.
This policy does not exclude non-excludable consumer rights. If an applicable consumer guarantee is not met, statutory remedies remain available. A third-party dependency does not automatically remove our responsibility for the service we agreed to supply.
Information collected during setup is handled under our Privacy Policy. Once active, services must also comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
